The she-ghost defies her mistress -- an evil, man-eating witch -- and tries to protect her lover from the demon's wrath. Stunning photography and wonder set design, this film is a visual feast. Not to be confused with the 1968 Shaw Brothers martial arts film of the same name. |

Super enjoyable Shaw Brothers version of King Kong. This time, the giant ape is friend and protector to a blonde jungle queen -- Evelyne Kraft -- perhaps making him more like Mighty Joe Young. In any case, the costume worn by Evelyne must be seen to be believed. It barely covers her VERY sexy body and as she romps around in the jungle, is difficult to follow the plot -- as you wait and pray for it to fall off. |
